Next day got a delivery shipped notice with a tracking number. But when I searched the tracking number FedEx never showed it as picked up. Long story short was given a reprint and re-ship with a full refund promise by customer service and a guarantee the prints would be there in three days in time for my event. Actuality prints didn't make it for a week and re refund was rescinded and I got a refund on the shipping. After fighting for a week with customer service was given a 100 dollar credit to be used at any time not anything close to the amount spent or the lost sales at my event. 2nd time around my stupidity decided what the heck and ordered a canvas from them for a customer all seemed good order processed rather smoothly and print shipped with a Friday delivery now all went good until late tracking number said delivered but I didn't have the print. See I had moved and updated the delivery address when I placed the order. But there system didn't update it. Was offered by customer service a replacement at 50% of the cost of the original seriously you screw up and now want me to give you more money. Next option have fed ex go pick it up and re deliver in the mean time I get to explain. To my customer why there print isn't here yet. Instead I spent 4 hours of my time and money fixing their mess up in the end customer service wouldn't talk to me and hung up the phone on me. |

Recently switched to Nations Photo Lab. I thought I would leave a review on Nations because the experience has been amazing. They have a friendly staff. I have worked with people from the bottom to the very top. Their executives actually call you and make sure you\'re getting the best service possible. I even got invited to take a tour of their lab, which was really cool. The pricing is very low. The service very high. Their Products are great. Also for some of our smaller clients who order prints they have a cool online ordering cart system. You can combine paper catalogs which saves me time and money.
I would highly recommend them over other labs out there. You are not lost in the mix like with these other big labs. |

And the picture size 16 x 20 was rather in the 20 x 16, i had to re-order and rotate the pictures before placing the order. They don\'t have the 6x4 size format, ( landscape), they only have the 4x6 ( portrait). So if you order 6x4, you better rotate them. Review by YRaj, Rating: | I had to write this review after hearing all the bad reviews. I love NPL. The first time I ordered from them, the prints were amazing on metallic. I had other photographers asked me, where I had gotten them from!
On another note, I am not sure I will get more prints from the color corrected. It seems to be too bright. this may be my problem though..I am going to try ordering some more prints.
The service is excellent and easy to talk to a real person...they even call you back.
Their price and quality will be hard to beat...add to that awesome turnaround time with updates..I believe I will stick with them. |

They are infamous for over charging and not securing your account and disregarding their promised turn around time. I placed 4 orders with them which totaled to $355, they ended up charging me $786! so I called them and had to leave a message over and over again (It seems like everyone that works there claims their position is just to answer phones and leave messages) When i finally got someone on the phone it took them 5 days to figure out how they over charged me and to top it all off i have to wait another 3 days for a refund! So their accounting team which combined has an IQ of a 1st grader realized they made a mistake but still delayed my orders and held on to my money until they figured out how they made the mistake. TRUST ME DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! there are so many labs out there that have way better quality and way better pricing! and at least call you back when they promise to, their famous line is \" We didnt forget about you, We promise we\'ll call you back today\" Not once did they stick to their works. Please dont waste your time with this crapy company! |

All im saying is that they might need to step up their customer service, but everything is amazing!! =)) |

Although comparing the pictures that I have ordered from snapfish.com and NPL, The color quality was an incredible difference, with the Snapfish prints being more consistent with what was showing on my PC and having a slight warm glow which was what was desired when taking these outdoor portraits. The prints from NPL are much more washed out.. On a different note, I have to agree with some of the other reviews about NPL\'s customer service. I was extremely pleased with their promt attention to your problems. |

She told me it was to be shipped that day! Well now its Wednesday... and their are saying it is on the truck now! You cant be messing with others business. A few months later I was notified that somehow another customer with an account number similiar to mine was able to process through my account and my bank account was charged $920. I notified the company and they said they were aware of the situation and would refund me right away. I checked my bank account the next morning and they had Charged my account another $920, thus causing my account to overdraft. They told me my bank Had to contact them so I wentt o the bank and we called them, but they had an excuse for why it could not be fixed. Then I needed to fax them something, oh but their fax machine mysteriously wasnt working. So I emailed them and they have to talk to their online merchandising department whom they could not find a member of at the moment......problem still not resolved, have to get a lawyer. |

(nothing gracious on there part I paid for overnight) They did not send it over night, they (supposedly) sent it two day through fed ex even though I paid the $30 for overnight. Well I received a notice from fed ex that the order was canceled! Then it was re submitted for pick up by fed ex after I should have already received my order if they would have mailed it with two day. I just tried to check my order to find out if they actually completed it and low and behold my account is gone. They even say my email is not registered with them although I still have the original email with all my account and password info. This is a horrible company to deal with. Highly dishonest, and deleted my account so I could no longer check my order. Buyer Beware. |

I do fine art photography and some portrait work and they have not failed me. I get my orders quick and the prints are outstanding. When I call with questions I always get a live person and they are always in a good mood and willing to help. When I wanted to see their work they even sent me proofs of my work for free. It will be hard to beat them in quality, service, and delivery time. I believe once you try them you will not go anywhere else. |
